A group setting can offer the ability for participants to benefit from others' thoughts and build upon the reflections of others. This can be very helpful for existing groups or for those who prefer a group setting.

Initial Phone Consultation
A private session offers a unique, personalized experience where participants engage with the horses to develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal skills. During the session, I will guide you through various activities such as grooming, leading, and observing the horses. These interactions help you reflect on your own behaviors and emotions, fostering personal growth and insight in a supportive and distraction-free environment.
Fee:
One 90-minute session to introduce you to EFL and provides a taste of the experience. - $300
Eight, one-hour sessions, once a week for 8 weeks (to be used within six months) - starting at $1,200 (be prepared for 15 minutes over).
